Best maternity hospital in Ranchi. Doctors, their nurses, and supporting staff are all very caring..they spoil you so much that you do not need anyone from home. I delivered a healthy baby under Doctor Richa Agrawal, and she is the best gyne as I was identified with gestational diabetes, thyroid, etc..but she handled my case very well.. Food was also excellent, and she was always on time. I feel Orchid is best for maternity services.

Physically, the patient recovers. But financially, the patient dies. We will not try to come here again or let anyone come. Four lakh rupees have been found for one dengue patient. I heard it is costly. But I saw it with my own eyes today. It’s too expensive, but I will try it.

Orchid Medical Centre is terrible. The treatment is ineffective and over-priced. It isn’t easy to access and unsanitized. Poor communication, less coverage, unclean & unhygienic. Unsupportive assistance, delayed doctor visits, poorly managed. Avoid at all costs!

All the five stars are paid or done by Orchid staff. Mainly lack of knowledge of nursing staff. They are unskilled. All nursing staff are doing their training here. Only some doctors are honest and hard-working, but the nursing staff has failed to operate. Patient attendants must notice their patients’ cleaning and care—especially those patients who cannot do any activity or talk.
